KATHMANDU, Dec 2: Customers of Nepal Telecom are facing problem in the mobile service since Sunday afternoon.
Spokesperson of NTC, Pratibha Baidhya said, the problem in the optical fiber has been detected in few places inside the valley which has resulted in the service.
People are facing a problem in dialing and interruption in conversation.
" We are trying to resolve the problem and establish the service again", Spokesperson Baidhya said.
