KATHMANDU, May 10: The government has brought change in the top bureaucratic leadership of the home minister after the fake Bhutani refugee case reached its climax.

The government has given the responsibility of the Home Secretary to Dinesh Bhattarai, who was serving as Secretary at the Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
Similarly, the incumbent Home Secretary Binod Prakash Singh has been transferred to the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
