SIRAHA, Aug 12: The police arrested an elderly man in possession of two kilograms illegal marijuana from Sakhuwanandarkatti Rural Municipality-5 in Siraha on Saturday evening.

The arrestee Shovit Mandal, 66, of the village sells chatpate (a mix of potato, beans, magpie and salads) at Khayarwana Chowk, said the police, adding that investigations were on.
