KATHMANDU, NOV 21: Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Gagan Thapa has taken the lead in the vote counting for Kathmandu constituency number-4.
Gagan Thapa has got 668 votes out of the total 1,511 votes counted.
CPN -UML candidate Rajan Bhattarai has got 633 votes. He is 35 votes behind Thapa.
