KATHMANDU, Feb 25: The House of Representatives (HoR) meeting called for today to discuss the US-funded Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC) compact agreement has been postponed for February 27.
The parliament meeting has been deferred after the ruling coalition failed to form a common ground regarding the grant agreement. A meeting for the same was called on Thursday but was postponed for today.
