KATHMANDU, Oct 3: The fourth session of the Koshi Province Assembly will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, at 1 PM. The meeting held on September 28 of the Provincial Council of Ministers recommended to Province Chief Parshuram Khapung to call the Provincial Assembly meeting.
Province Chief Khapung has said that the meeting has been called according to Article 183 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
