KATHMANDU, Oct 9: Milan Pandey, the former coordinator of Bibeksheel Sajha Party, is going to run in the House of Representatives elections from Kathmandu constituency- 9.
Pandey has announced that he will be a candidate on behalf of Bibeksheel Abhiyan. In the 2074 election, he was a candidate for the House of Representatives from Kathmandu-9. At that time, he got about 5,000 votes.
