HUMLA, Dec 8: Nepali Congress candidate Jeevan Bahadur Shahi won the election to the State Assemblies (B) in the district by securing 4,519 votes.
According to district election office, Shahi's nearest rival Bijay Bhandari from left alliance got 3,993. (RSS)
