KATHMANDU, April 4: Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has claimed that no one can stop his party from forming a one-party government after 5 years.
Lamichhane, who is also a candidate for the by-election to be held on April 23 in Chitwan Constituency No. 2, claimed that no matter how many cases are filed against him, it will not make any difference.

Mentioning that his party had won 20 seats in the last elections within six months of being formed, he said, “Maybe two-thirds in 5 years.'
He claimed that his party would win in all the three electoral constituencies where the by-elections are to be held.
He also answered questions about his party joining the government. He said that even when he was in the government, he did not serve Dahal, Oli and Deuba, but worked for the people. He said that he tried to show his work when he was in the government for 32 days, "If I had served for 100 days, you would have seen how many corrupt people would have gone to jail."
