SURKHET, Jan 24: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Friday caught the chairperson of Junichande rural municipality in Jajarkot district Krishna Bahadur KC red-handed with Rs 800,000 bribe money.
A team of the anti-graft body arrested KC from Surkhet, according to sources.
