POKHARA, June 20: World Music Day-2080 is going to be celebrated in Pokhara by organizing a musical program on June 21. World Music Day is celebrated on June 21 every year.
Eighteen organizations of Pokhara are participating in the musical programs going to be organized on the occasion of the World Music Day. Saptarangi Cultural Academy is the main organizer of the musical programs.

Chairperson of Academy, Nabaraj Baral, said the musical programs is going to be organized to give continuity to the World Music Day, which was not celebrated for the past five years.
The organizer expressed belief that the programs would help increase musical activities in Pokhara.
National and international artists would perform in the musical programs where an arrangement of free entry to spectators has been made. The programs, which have 16 different performances, are going to be organized at the collaboration of Gandaki Pragya Pratisthan and Pokhara Pragya Pratisthan.
