KATHMANDU, August 2: The country is under the influence of monsoon wind. Parts of Bagmati, Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces are currently experiencing light to moderate rainfall, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology of Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).
