KATHMANDU, Sept 24: The vote count results of 122 out of 136 local levels in Province-2 have been made public as of now.
According to the Joint Election Operation Centre at Election Commission in Kathmandu, Nepali Congress has registered victory in 36 local levels followed by Federal Socialist Forum Nepal (23), Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (21) CPN-Maoist Center (20), CPN-UML (16), Forum Democratic (3), Nepali Janata Dal (2) and Naya Shakti Nepal (1).

With this, the vote count results of 14 local levels are yet to be made public.
The local level election was held on September 18 for 1,271 wards in eight districts of the Province-2.
