KATHMANDU, Sept 18: Two cylinders bombs have been found near the gate of residential building of suspended chief of Inland Revenue Department (IRD) Chudamani Sharma in Budhanilkantha.

KATHMANDU, Sept 18: Two cylinders bombs have been found near the gate of residential building of suspended chief of Inland Revenue Department (IRD) Chudamani Sharma in Budhanilkantha.



According to Rabindra Dhanuk, Chief of Metropolitan Police Range Office, Kathmandu, the bombs were spotted while they were about to be detonated.

Timely defusion of the bombs prevented possible damages to the house. 


On June 3, the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had arrested IRD Chief Sharma on the charge of embezzling millions of rupee in settling taxes.
