2018 not a good year for three Khans

2018 was a great year for movies. Some movies hit the theatres and instantly connected to the audience. Others hardly shot to fame at the box office. However, the year was barely a successful year for the ‘Three Khans of Bollywood’ (Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan). They featured in different movies which failed to entertain the Bollywood fans.

Hollywood Movies like ‘Avengers: Infinity War’, ‘Black Panther’, ‘Ready Player One’ tempted the audience. While, Hindi movies like ‘Badhaai Ho’, ‘Tumbbad’and ‘Andhadhun’ gained positive responses from the viewers. However, movies like ‘Race 3’, ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ and ‘Zero’ didn’t do well in 2018. The three movies starred Salman Khan, Amir Khan and Shahrukh Khan respectively. All the three movies weren’t successful financially.

Despite an exciting response on the trailers, the movie didn’t do well business wise. The reviews from the film critics weren’t encouraging either. The ratings were pretty low. Amazingly, most of the reviews slated the performances of three Khans as their ’worst performances in their career’.
