27 COVID-19 patients recover at Koshi COVID-19 Hospital

BIRATNAGAR, June 4: Twenty-seven more patients at the Koshi COVID-19 Hospital were discharged after recovery on Thursday.

BIRATNAGAR, June 4: Twenty-seven more patients at the Koshi COVID-19 Hospital were discharged after recovery on Thursday.



According to the hospital, 27 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment were discharged after testing negative for COVID-19.

They tested negative for COVID-19 in two consecutive tests, said Dr Dipak Sigdel of Koshi Hospital.


The patients who have recovered from COVID-19 at the hospital are from Udayapur, Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari, Dhankuta and Saptari districts.


Of the 27 people discharged, six are females and 21 are males.


There were 41 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 in the hospital of which 27 have been discharged today. With this, the COVID-19 recovery tally in Province 1 has now spiked to 75.
