“I am quite moody when it comes to writing. I feel relieved to be able to pour my expressions out in a paper," said Adhikari.

Nature lover

She loves being close to nature. While traveling, her itineraries often comprise engagement with nature.

“Of all the places I have visited so far, I relish the experience of Mustang and Manang,” she expressed.

Dreamer

As mysterious as it may sound, she finds most of her dreams coming true. She expressed that she senses warnings before unpleasant events.

“I remember once when I had a dream of having a conversation with one of my friends who was out of touch then. She gave me a call the next morning, and we began talking again,” Adhikari revealed.

Yoga and meditation practitioner

She takes out an hour, from her busy work schedule, to practice meditation and yoga. It has been five years now since she started yoga and meditation.

“After I started working, it was getting difficult to follow a stress-free lifestyle. Since both mental and physical health is equally important, I made yoga and meditation mandatory for me,” shared Adhikari.

Classical music buff

Her yearning for classical music grows with time. Although she listens to every genre of music, classical music is her all-time favorite. “Whenever I feel sad or disturbed, listening to music helps boost my self-confidence and mends my mood,” added Adhikari.
