ROLPA, May 22: As many as 74 people tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours in Rolpa. With this, the total number of infections in the district has reached 678 out of which 11 have died.
Also, more than a dozen people from Rolpa district, who had gone to other districts from treatment, have also died due to the virus. So far, the Nepali Army has taken over the responsibility of providing funeral services to the deceased of the district.

According to the District Administration Office of Rolpa, as many as 72 people have recovered from the contagious disease. At the moment, 511 people are staying in home isolations while 72 are admitted to institutional isolation wards and hospitals.
