90 more COVID-19 patients discharged after recovery across the country

KATHMANDU, June 10: As many as ninety COVID-19 patients have been discharged from various hospitals across the nation on Wednesday, taking COVID-19 recovery tally to 674.

KATHMANDU, June 10: As many as ninety COVID-19 patients have been discharged from various hospitals across the nation on Wednesday, taking COVID-19 recovery tally to 674.



Of the 90 recovered, two are females and 88 are males.

According to Dr Jageshwar Gautam, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, six patients (one female and 5 males) from Koshi Hospital, Biratnagar, and one female patient of COVID-19 from COVID-19 Unified Command Hospital, Balambu, were discharged today.


Similarly, 18 males from Karnali Academy of Health Sciences, one male from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Science, Dharan, 37 males from COVID-19 Hospital, Janakpur, 20 males from Mahendra Gyonai Isolation Center, Siraha, and seven male from Corona Hospital, Dang, were also discharged after recovery.


Health Ministry has also confirmed 279 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. With this, Nepal has 4364 cases of COVID-19 with 15 fatalities so far.
