DOTI, July 6: With the success to achieve more than 95 percent literacy rate, Achham district has been declared the fully literate district on Monday.
Social Development Minister of Sudurpaschim Province Government Man Bahadur Khadka made the announcement at a formal programme organised by the District Coordination Committee, Achham.

The District Coordination Committee, Achham, has said that the district was declared a fully literate one as most of the people there now can read and write.
On the occasion, Minister Khadka expressed happiness over the capacity of local people to read and write.
