Police had called both the parties for discussion to amicably settle their disputes on Friday afternoon. The agreement was reached after holding discussions with both the parties at Area Police Office, Dharan.

Both the parties reached the agreement after Joshi and Shah apologized for their behavior to Pradan. “The misunderstanding was caused as I was not able to recognize him,” said Shah.

Meanwhile, Joshi also apologized to Pradan, committing not to repeat similar mistakes in the future. In the CCTV footage, Joshi, the manager of actor Shah is seen attacking Pradan. This compelled Shah and Joshi to seek an apology from Pradan and make an agreement not to take the case further.

Actor Paul Shah had came to Dharan on Wednesday for a shooting of a music video.
