Aero Bricks starts production of blocks

KATHMANDU, June 26: Aero Bricks Company Pvt Ltd has started production of blocks based on Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC). According to the company, Aero bricks can be used as an alternative to red bricks. "Despite having different color, the brick can be used in the construction of schools, apartments, factory, and walls, among others.

The block is cheaper and stronger in comparison with other available bricks in the market. The shape of the block can be adjusted as per the demand," a press statement issued by the company said. The use of block produced under AAC technology reduces the use construction materials like cement and sand, among others, it added.


"The AAC block is strong and weighs less in comparison to other bricks," the company said in the statement.
