SINDHUPALCHOWK, Dec 9: Agni Sapkota wins in Sindhupalchowk-1 by more than 10 thousand votes.

Sapkota candidate of Maoist center has secured victory for the House of Representatives in Sindhupalchowk-1. He defeated Information and communication minister Mohan Bahadur Basnet from Nepali congress by 10,700 votes.
Sapkota obtained 40504 votes where his rival candidate basnet garnered 29798 votes.
