Karki wins 'original video competition'
Singer Tika Prasain, recently launched a cover dance video competition to promote her famous song ‘Maya Luki’. Jhapa based dance group, AJ crew bagged the title of the competition. The crew bagged cash prize of Rs 50,000. They beat other 20 participant groups. The prize money was handed to the group on Saturday amidst a special program organized by singer Prasain and presented by Sonia Education Solution.
According to Prasain, the competition was organized from July 17 to October 17. Further talking about the competition Prasain said, “This time there was a good participation of people and we received a lot of videos. but sticking on the criteria of competition, the jury selected 21 videos only.” She also lauded the performance of Cartoonz Crew for the original video.
Lyricist Anand Adhikari, composer Ashish Abiral, representative of Oceania Shila Shrestha and judge Mahesh Godar were felicitated admits the event.
