Alev Kebab Sultanate starts its eatery business in Tangal, Kathmandu

KATHMANDU, March 7: Alev Kebab Sultanate opened its outlet in Tangal, Kathmandu on Sunday. The restaurant is mainly focused on serving the cuisines of the Middle East.

KATHMANDU, March 7: Alev Kebab Sultanate opened its outlet in Tangal, Kathmandu on Sunday. The restaurant is mainly focused on serving the cuisines of the Middle East.



Krishna Poudel, proprietor of the restaurant, said they are after catering unique flavours of the Middle East cuisine to the Nepali market. According to him, the restaurant will be serving food prepared by a team led by a proficient Turkish chef. “All the recipes will be prepared by using spices and ingredients imported from Middle East countries,” Poudel said.

The restaurant features over 50 variants of foods including meat kabab prepared mainly with the halal meat. The delicious vegetarian course and desserts are its additional products. “We serve these foods prepared in the see-through kitchen for our customers,” said Poudel.


According to him, the restaurant has planned to open a franchise outlet soon in Pokhara and other major cities across the country.
