The track is a feast for the ears as Alter Bridge takes listeners from more mid-tempo melodic spots through epically soaring anthemic highs all within the span of five-plus minutes, and that's not even mentioning some blistering guitar work from Mark Tremonti and Myles Kennedy's uplifting and powerful vocals. Check out the song in the player at the bottom of this post.

"Dying Light" is the latest track to come from Walk the Sky, and if you like what you heard, the song is currently available via all digital service providers. The full album comes out on Oct. 18 via Napalm Records and pre-orders are currently being taken at this location.

Alter Bridge are currently getting the word out on their forthcoming album on tour. The "Victorious Sky" tour pairs them with fellow veteran rockers Skillet and one of 2019's breakout bands Dirty Honey, who are opening the dates. After the current U.S. leg, Alter Bridge will jet off to Europe for dates with Shinedown, Sevendust and The Raven Age. Keep up with all of their touring and get ticketing information via their website.
