KATHMANDU, June 16: Deputy General Secretary of the CPN (Maoist Center), Barshman Pun, who has been suffering from hereditary jaundice for a long time, returned to the country from China on Friday after treatment.
Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayankaji Shrestha, Federal Affairs and General Administration Minister Aman Lal Modi, and Maoist Center leaders welcomed Pun at the Tribhuvan International Airport.

On that occasion, Pun said that he had returned home with the good will of everyone. The leader, who was also a former minister, had gone to the Third People's Hospital in China on February 13 after he had health problems due to hereditary jaundice.
