Meditation is a great way to collect your thoughts, relax and quite possibly let your troubles and fears go temporarily. Meditating on a hill, far away from the cities, would be a relaxing experience that you can take.

Maybe you're not the best artist in the world, but sketching what you see within nature is a relaxing and fun activity to do. No one would judge you, and it would be a relaxing and quiet experience for you to be captured in.
