KATHMANDU, May 28: Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun is presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2024/25 in the Federal Parliament.
According to Article 119 of the Constitution, the budget must be presented at a joint meeting of the Federal Parliament.

The budget speech, initially set to be presented to the Federal Parliament at 1 PM, was delayed by two hours due to a delay in the Cabinet meeting.
