"We had a discussion with air hostesses working in different airlines some time ago. We have issued this circular in view of the problems they have been facing," Information Officer Bhul said, "It is mandatory to work according to the standard operation procedure.”

He mentioned that concerned people have been instructed not to ask unnecessary questions to the air hostesses in the cockpit or during the flight. They have been directed to give equal opportunity to all air hostesses involved in flight operations.

Similarly, Bhul also said that the pilots should fly the aircraft only after confirming that all the doors of the aircraft are closed. "The instructions have been given to taxi the aircraft only after ensuring that the seat belt is fastened and the flight safety demonstration is over," he said.
