KATHMANDU, March 26: Light rain with thunder and lightning is likely in some parts of the hilly terrain with partial cloud cover in Province 1 and hilly terrains of Bagmati Province due to the influence of the western low-pressure system today.
According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in the hilly areas of Bagmati Province. The weather will be generally clear in the rest of the country. The night today will be partly cloudy in Province 1 and hilly areas of Bagmati Province.
Chance of light to moderate rain today
Similarly, according to the latest details of the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the minimum temperature in the Kathmandu Valley today is 12.2 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature is 28.5 degrees Celsius. Similarly, the lowest temperature recorded is in Jumla at 4.0 degrees Celsius and the highest in Biratnagar at 35.07 degrees Celsius.
