Chinese bird sporting 'Donald Trump's hairstyle' is the new internet sensation

BEIJING, Nov 15: Pictures of a golden pheasant in China are going viral because some people think he bears a resemblance to US President-elect Donald Trump.

BEIJING, Nov 15: Pictures of a golden pheasant in China are going viral because some people think he bears a resemblance to US President-elect Donald Trump.



The pictures became widely shared on Chinese media after a journalist from Hangzhou took a picture of the male bird, pointing out his ‘strikingly similarity’ to Donald Trump, namely his signature hairstyle.

The keeper of the bird, Mr. Gao, told the Daily Mail Online phesants have thicker and brighter feathers in the winter because they bring insulation, and that is why ‘Little Red’ has such golden feathers this time of year.  He’s more colorful than the other birds because he is very health.


The five year-old bird Trump-like pheasant lives in Hangzhou Safari Park.
