NEPALGUNJ, Aug 14: A team led by joint secretary of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority has started investigation into the canal breakdown of the Sikta Irrigation Project. Talking over telephone, CIAA’s spokesman Rameshwar Dangal informed that the team has reached the canal site and started its investigation but refused to divulge further details.
