POKHARA, September 14: Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chair Kamal Thapa has said that the constitution would come into full force after the conclusion of the election to the House of Representatives and the provincial assemblies.

Speaking at a press meet organized by Media Nepal Kaski here today, he said that the RPP has given top priority to both levels of the election. He also shared that the party was organizing the Mechi-Mahakali self-pride march between Dashain and Tihar festivals to generate a feeling of Hinduism, and alert the people about the problems facing the country.

Expressing concern over the repeated violation of the election code of conduct by the government and ruling parties, the former Deputy Prime Minister said the enforcement on part of the Election Commission of the code of conduct was found weak. It is also sad that the government is ignorant towards the rising rate of corruption and irregularities in the country. RSS
