KATHMANDU, Feb 5: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that Nepal has turned to a very important mode from political and constitutional perspectives.

Addressing an assembly organized by NC Kathmandu Constituency-2 at Pepsicola on Saturday, he said Nepal's democracy would attain stability only after elections of all three tiers as envisaged by the new constitution. "All the movements spearheaded by NC for political changes so far had turned to be successful. The three-tier elections would also be held under NC leadership", he asserted.
