KATHMANDU, March 23: Deva Development Bank Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to acquire Union Finance Ltd.

Issuing a statement, Deva Development Bank said that its chairman Subarna Lal Bajracharya, and Union Finance President Bhakta Bahadur Malla signed the MoU to this effect on Tuesday. Post-acquisition, the entity will be named as Deva Bikas Bank Ltd, the statement added.
