Director Bhusal said that the license of the manpower company Dailekh Overseas Pvt Ltd, which sent these workers to Saudi Arabia, has also been suspended.

According to him, the workers who went to Saudi Arabia from the manpower demanded to be sent back to Nepal saying that they have not received work, salary and other service facilities for two months.

After that, the Director General of the DoFE and the staff of the Nepali Embassy in Saudi Arabia conducted an on-site monitoring. During that period, it was discovered that the workers were confined to the same room, devoid of assigned tasks, without access to food and proper living facilities. Additionally, some workers were reported to be unwell.

After that, the DoFE decided to put the company in the blacklist, instructing the owner of the company to solve the problem immediately.
