Don’t give up when life seems unfair

Good health is best defined as a state of complete physical mental social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Good health is best defined as a state of complete physical mental social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

We all visit a doctor when we are in some physical pain. But, what about emotional pains? Who is supposed to cure that? Emotional disturbance is, at times, way more painful than physical ones. How stressful it might be that people are ready to end their lives away.

Well, they say life never stops teaching, but who wants to learn it in such hard ways right?

Things seem unfair and against you when nothing works the way you had imagined. The world seems falling apart and completely opposite to how it used to be or was supposed to be. Things that upset us are countless. Low marks, job dissatisfaction, career issues, losing your loved ones or just loving the wrong ones are only a few to name.

But we all have different ways to react to such situations. Some minds are strong, but most are sensitive. It’s okay to be vulnerable and to grieve. Be it men or women, we all are allowed to cry our grievances out. Remember, crying is the first sign of life and it only shows your softer side.

Just because you made a mistake or failed or were emotionally broken, it doesn’t mean your life stops there. We all make mistakes, regret, learn from them and eventually invite growth within. It doesn’t happen overnight as it takes time and doesn’t appear as easier as it may sound. People will always complain with their big mouth, but it’s up to you to accept or disregard their opinion about you. Be wise enough to believe in yourself.

The other cause of how we spoil our inner peace is through unnecessary comparisons. Don’t give others the power to rule over your mind. You will never need the people who don’t need you. If they are happy without you let them be that way. Once they get toxic, be powerful enough to leave them with generosity.

Life is a combination of highs and lows. It makes you go through some bad days so that you are hungry for the best, which will definitely come your way. But life wants to test your patience. Take your time, trust your life and be patient. Don’t run away from the obstacles that seem to lurk out in different circumstances, but be bold to face them and learn from them and believe that whatever is meant for you will never cross your way. It will come and stay.

Meanwhile, just keep going and don’t believe in people who don’t believe in you. When life seems unfair, remember it’s going to take a U-turn some day.
