Dr Yadav appointed Madhesh Province Public Service Commission Chairman

JANAKPURDHAM, July 26: Dr Shivaram Yadav has been appointed the chairman of the Madhesh Province Public Service Commission.

JANAKPURDHAM, July 26: Dr Shivaram Yadav has been appointed the chairman of the Madhesh Province Public Service Commission. A meeting of the provincial Council of Ministers appointed him to the post, said the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers' Secretariat. 



A resident of Gambhariya, Siraha Municipality-13 in Siraha district, Dr Yadav is a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. His predecessor Surendra Prasad Yadav retired on March 5, 2024 due to age-bar.

The Province Public Service Commission was without a chairman for the last five months, affecting the publication of the employee intake schedule, conduction of examinations and job interviews and the selection process.


The Province Public Service Commission was formed on August 21, 2019.
