EGBOSA provides medical supplies to Bir Hospital, Trauma Center

KATHMANDU, June 19: Ex-Gandaki Boarding Students’ Association (EGBOSA), Kathmandu, has provided medical supplies to Bir Hospital and National Trauma Center for the prevention of COVID-19 pandemic.

KATHMANDU, June 19: Ex-Gandaki Boarding Students’ Association (EGBOSA), Kathmandu, has provided medical supplies to Bir Hospital and National Trauma Center for the prevention of COVID-19 pandemic.



Amid a program held on Thursday, Dr Suzita Hirachan, the president of EGBOSA, handed over medical supplies to Dr Kedar Century, the Director of the Bir Hospital, and Dr Santosh Poudel, the Director of National Trauma Center.

The essentials included N-95 masks, sanitizer, surgical masks, face sheilds and sanitizer dispensors, which are used by frontline health workers in the battle against COVID-19, according to a press release issued by the EGBOSA. 


During the event, Dr Century and Dr Poudel expressed their gratitude to EGBOSA for its support. 


The EGBOSA has also planned to provide medical supplies to various hospitals in Kathmandu and Lumbini. 


The organization has been providing various kinds of support to schools including sholarships.
