KATHMANDU, April 23: The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, commenced his two-day official visit to Nepal by arriving in Kathmandu on Tuesday. He held talks with President Ram Chandra Paudel at Sheetal Niwas on Tuesday afternoon.
Upon his arrival in Kathmandu, the Qatar Emir proceeded directly to Sheetal Niwas from the Tribhuvan International Airport.

President Paudel, accompanied by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Deputy Prime Ministers, the Speaker, and other high-ranking government officials, welcomed the Emir at TIA on Tuesday afternoon.
