Female crew of Yeti Airlines honors female UN team

KATHMANDU, Nov 20: Female crew members of Yeti Airlines honored the female team of the UN on Sunday as part of their commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) no. 5: "Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls."

KATHMANDU, Nov 20: Female crew members of Yeti Airlines honored the female team of the UN on Sunday as part of their commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) no. 5: "Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls." The team receiving honor included Deputy Secretary General of the UN Amina Jane Mohammed and UN Resident Coordinator/UNDP Resident Representative of Nepal Valerie Julliand, among others. "Yeti Airlines strongly believes in and is committed to enhancing gender equality and the advancement of woman's development," a statement issued by the company on Sunday said. "In collaboration with the UN, Yeti Airlines is currently promoting SDGs."
