KATHMANDU, July 5: Dharan International College of Hotel Management organized a one-day mega food festival on Monday to demonstrate the capabilities and knowledge of the students studying hotel management at the college.
As 43 among the total 50 students of the college are all set to go to China for internship, the festival was organized to showcase their abilities to cook national as well as international cuisines. The festival also had cultural program to accompany the five-star quality food.
Dharan’s popular band ‘The Outsiders’ and singer Tirshana Gurung also performed in the festival. Nepal Tourism Board also had an active participation in the festival.
