KATHMANDU, Oct 16: Starting today, the Food Management and Trading Company will be selling goats and he-goats for Dashain.
To ensure that consumers receive healthy and high-quality meat during the festival, the company is deploying a team, including veterinarians, across 11 markets in the Kathmandu Valley.

These markets include the Balkhu-Kalimati fish market, Chobhar checkpoint, Chalnakhel buffalo market, Tukucha goat market, Food Management and Trading Company Limited, Lokanthali goat market, Sallaghari mountain goat market, Mulpani goat market, Balaju bypass checkpoint, Lagankhel, Dhapakhel, Akashedhara, Sukedhara, and Chandragiri (Thanakot) wood depot.
