KATHMANDU, Oct 24: The former King Gyanendra Shah has offered tika to the common people on the occasion of Bijaya Dashami, the great festival of Nepali people.

On Tuesday, from 4PM, Former King Shah offered the Bijaya Dashami Tika and Jamara to the public. There was a long queue of common people at Nirmal Niwas, the former monarch's residence, to receive Tika from him.
Former King Shah has maintained the tradition of offering Tika and Jamara to the public every year on the Bijaya Dashami day.
