KATHMANDU, Jan 5: Sixit Bhatta, the founder of the ride-sharing app Tootle, has been arrested.



Kathmandu Police Chief SSP Bhupendra Khatri said that Bhatta was arrested by a team from the District Police Range, Kathmandu, on Thursday night.
