Differing to the party’s decision, central members Matrika Yadav, Prabhu Shah, Mani Thapa and Gopal Kirati have registered note of dissent at party’s secretariat. They have suggested chairperson to withdraw the party’s decision.

Leader Thapa stressed on the long-term strategies to strengthen the party and urged not to bypass the ethics of the Maoist revolution and the objectives of the party.

“We should focus on the enduring policies to carry on for the future instead of forming electoral alliance with any parties. This will ruin the norms of Maoist revolution”, told Thapa to Republica.

The party on Monday had decided to make electoral alliance with main opposition CPN-UML for upcoming elections.
