KATHMANDU, Oct 18: Police have arrested gangster Sandesh Lama aka ‘Baghe’ and 18 other sand-depot operators on Friday on the charge of theft.

According to Chief at Metropolitan Crime Division Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sahakul Thapa, they were arrested from Swayambhu, Maharajgunj and Balaju in the capital.
Police have launched an investigation against them on the charge of theft.
