Gold price decreases by Rs 1,000 per tola

KATHMANDU, March 13: The price of gold has decreased by Rs 1,000 per tola in the domestic market on Wednesday after remaining steady at Rs 126,000 per tola for three consecutive days.

KATHMANDU, March 13: The price of gold has decreased by Rs 1,000 per tola in the domestic market on Wednesday after remaining steady at Rs 126,000 per tola for three consecutive days.



Fine gold is being traded at Rs 125,000 per tola on Wednesday. With an increase of Rs 1,000 per tola, the gold price became Rs 126,000 per tola on Sunday. Since then, the price remained the same until Tuesday.

Similarly, the rate of standard gold is set at Rs 124,400 per tola today, marking a decrease from Rs 125,400 per tola on Tuesday.


Meanwhile, the price of silver has also decreased by Rs 20 per tola. The price of silver is fixed at Rs 1,465 per tola on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the price of silver was Rs 1,485 per tola.
