Gold price increases by Rs 1,700 per tola

KATHMANDU, April 16:  The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,700 per tola in the domestic market on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU, April 16:  The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,700 per tola in the domestic market on Tuesday.



Fine gold is being traded at Rs 139,200 per tola today. Fine gold was traded at Rs 137,500 per tola on Monday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations.

The price of standard gold is fixed at Rs 138, 550 per tola on Tuesday from Rs 136,850 per tola on Monday.


The price of silver has also surged by Rs 35 per tola to become Rs 1,750 per tola today. It was sold at Rs 1,715 per tola yesterday.
